Let me tell you first. Very high probablity, you won’t do this. You don’t like small changes, you want big results in one shot. You want to waste money on magic remedies, but believe us, it can’t help you either.

We just can give you a scientific way ahead.

“Everyone wants to go to heaven. But no one wants to die.”

But for those who really want to reverse pcos, we will keep working day and night to help you. Remember, there is no cure for pcos. You have to deal with it lifelong. By cure we mean, you can’t take it from 100 to 0, but you can take it from 100 to 20 or 10(reverse it). But if you stop living healthy, it can go back from 10 to 100. If you love yourself, we promise, it won’t be difficult. You don’t need to go to gyms or try keto or fad diets, you just need to have consistency.

Again medicine is a spectrum. You have to do things, see if it works and then keep on trying. But how will you know if things work. You have to take some parameters/metrics in account. Here is a list of metric for PCOS

Key parameters to take care of:

Your weight(1 point) : Measure your weight every day(get yourself a weighing machine). Calculate your Bmi, body mass index = m/(h²) and your target is to go towards normal BMI. if you have low weight, you have to go to normal weight for your body. If you have high weight, you need to go down. But don’t see big goals for yourselves right away. Your target should be to reduce 10% body weight in 4 months (if 80kgs, go down by 8kgs in 4 months). Take monday as a day and note down your progress. If you get to your normal weight (as per your BMI), give yourself one point.

m= mass in kg
H = height in metre

P.s — If you have normal weight, don’t take as a parameter

Waist/Hip ratio (1 point): If you have normal BMI (and especially for lean PCOS), your next goal or physical parameter should be Waist/hip size. Ideally women should have a W/H ratio of 0.8–0.85 or less. This shows you have low risk of cardiovascular diseases. The idea should be to stay healthy overall and this can be one parameter. Every week (ideally monday), write down your waist size, hip size and body fat. Knowing how our body changes with time is the best thing we can do. The things that gets measured, gets improved. If your waist, hip and body fat improves by 10% in 4 months, give yourself one point

Self diagnosis of physical and mental symptoms(1 point): Every month, ideally on 1st (or any day you decide), take a picture of your facial hair and hair loss, and write marks for your physical(hair loss or whatever it is important for you) and mental symptoms (stress) and see improvement over time. If you improve by 40% or more in 4 months, give yourself one point.
P.S — your external version is just a reflection of inner health.

Healthier inside, Beautiful outside

Regular periods (1 point): If you get three or more straight regular periods, you can give yourself +1 and if not, keep working hard.

Blood report and cysts in ultrasound report (1 point each) : Well, cysts are a symptom of PCOS and if there are no more cysts or you start having normal hormonal level in report, give yourself 1 point for each part. But make sure if you have normal reports before starting, don’t take this as a symptom.

You need to score 3 or more points(out of 6 or 50% depding on your symptoms) in order to say, you have reverse pcos by 80%. All the best to you and hope to see you make progress. If you have any doubts, reach us via whatsapp on 9625134457
